Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak, Liverpool’s Luis Díaz and Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford have all ended up on Barcelona’s transfer agenda.
Ruben Amorim has left the Manchester United player out of his plans for over a month and he’s been looking for a way out. Barcelona are one of the options for Rashford in the winter market.
Wednesday’s edition of Mundo Deportivo mentions the Newcastle and Liverpool stars when discussing the latest about the Manchester United player.
They state agent Arturo Canales, who is acting as an intermediary, has offered the 27-year-old England international to Barcelona and they’re keen.
Hansi Flick’s side are looking to improve their attack in this window and Mundo state they would like to sign the Liverpool player, the Newcastle United star or AC Milan’s Rafael Leão but it’s impossible in January.
Therefore, the La Liga side consider the Manchester United attacker as a valid option to strengthen their squad. It’s made clear Barca would rather sign the 28-year-old Colombian or the 25-year-old Swede, but see Rashford as more realistic.
Barca have to first make room in their wage bill before making an approach for Rashford. They are trying to get rid of Ansu Fati and his exit can open the door for the Englishman’s arrival.
The Catalan club aren’t alone as there are other clubs in the picture to sign Rashford.
