'I'm going': Roy Keane makes shock scoreline prediction for Brentford vs Liverpool on Saturday
Today at 09:00 AM
Liverpool return to Premier League action on Saturday as they prepare to take on Brentford away from home.
The Reds dropped two points last weekend when they were held to a 1-1 draw against Nottingham Forest, although one would argue that it was a fair result on the balance of play.
Liverpool’s lead at the top of the Premier League standings has been cut to just four points after Arsenal’s 2-1 win against Tottenham yesterday, so there is a bit of pressure for them to return to winning ways.

Arne Slot’s side have won just three of their last seven Premier League games and a trip to Brentford is hardly a straightforward one as the Bees have been in fantastic form this season.
And Roy Keane believes Liverpool will drop points once again this weekend as he made his scoreline prediction for the game.
Roy Keane predicts a draw between Liverpool and Brentford
As we mentioned earlier, the Reds have drawn four of their last seven Premier League games, but only their performance against Manchester United was underwhelming.
In the other games, they fared quite well but weren’t able to score a decisive goal to turn one point into three, which was exactly the case against Forest last week.
Brentford, on the other hand, are tenth in the Premier League table and have fared really well at home this season.
Another intriguing subplot in the game is that Liverpool target Bryan Mbeumo is set to feature against the Reds in what could be a dress rehearsal for the talented attacker ahead of a big move in the summer.
Liverpool have lost just once this season, but in recent weeks, a handful of draws have become a bit of an issue for them.
And Keane believes that’s exactly what will be the case on Saturday, claiming: “I’m going 2-2” after Gary Neville had tipped the Reds to secure a narrow 2-1 victory.
Upcoming run crucial for Liverpool
Steve Nicol says Liverpool are still favourites for the Premier League despite their recent run.

However, Arsenal are breathing down their necks and have reduced the gap at the top to four points, although the Reds have a game in hand as the Merseyside derby against Everton last month was postponed due to Storm Darragh.
Liverpool face Brentford, Ipswich Town and Bournemouth in their next three league games and need to get nine points out of nine to ease the nerves as the past few weeks have been far from ideal.
