Japan took on Indonesia in the Friday early kick-off

Wataru Endo's Japan took on Indonesia as the only Liverpool player in action in Friday's early kick-offs, with Andy Robertson's Scotland, Connor Bradley's Northern Ireland, Luis Díaz's Colombia, and Darwin Núñez's Uruguay active in the later window.

Endo was firm in midfield alongside Hidemasa Morita as Japan defeated Indonesia 4-0 in their AFC World Cup Qualifier today. This result sees Japan remain unbeaten in World Cup qualifying, though their previous match, against Australia, was a stale draw.

Former Red Takumi Minamino scored Japan's second goal, while Endo, who played the full 90, logged a 95% pass success rate and aided Japan's control by winning fouls: he was the most fouled player in the match.
