Home Tickets: Luton Town Information

Tickets for Watford’s home Sky Bet Championship fixture against Luton Town (Sunday February 23, 12noon KO) will go on sale for supporters in Home Group A at 12noon on Thursday January 30.

Please note, the need to widen the segregation area for this fixture will impact some supporters with Season Tickets in the Ann Swanson Family Stand, as detailed below.

Fans can get their tickets from tickets.watfordfc.com, over the phone on 01923 223023 and in-person at the Supporter Services & Ticketing Office at Vicarage Road.

Supporters are reminded that data for inclusion in the various ticket access groups is taken from the last three seasons, so now recognises sales from July 2021 onwards.

Following a recent change to our ticketing system and other club-affiliated online channels, all supporters that haven't already done so are required to activate a new online account ready for the 2024/25 season.

Before you can log into your existing ticketing account, all supporters that are yet to do so are required to now create their own, new, Watford FC digital account, with a junior account available to anyone aged 15 or under, and link to their existing ticketing account.

Increased Segregation

To facilitate widening the segregation area between the Ann Swanson Family Stand and the visiting supporters' area within the Vicarage Road Stand, Season Ticket holders with seats numbered between 93 and 104 within the Ann Swanson Family Stand will be contacted by members of our Supporter Services team to arrange a seat movement for this game only.

Season Ticket holders affected will have the option to move either to a different area of the Ann Swanson Family Stand, or elsewhere within the stadium.

Outgoing calls to arrange this movement will take place from today (Monday January 27).

Home Group D

For this match only, Season Ticket holders wishing to purchase additional tickets for friends or family members through Home Group D sales will be unable to do so against Fan IDs created after January 21, 2025.

General Sale

Tickets for this match will not be available to general sale.

Only supporters with Fan IDs created up to and including January 21, 2025 will be able to purchase tickets as part of a database sale, following the conclusion of the usual group sales.

Under-18s

Supporters aged under 14 cannot attend without an adult (over 18) accompanying them. Supporters aged under 18 but over 14 wishing to attend without an adult must complete the consent form HERE and return it to the Supporter Services team at supporters@watfordfc.com.

NFC Mobile Tickets

All tickets will be issued as NFC (Near Field Communication) Mobile Tickets.

This will ensure quick, safe and secure access to Vicarage Road Stadium for supporters on matchdays.

Other methods of ticket delivery will only be available in exceptional circumstances.

How To Download Your NFC Mobile Ticket To Your Device

For Apple Devices:

- From Safari, click HERE and log in with your Fan ID to your ticketing account.
- Once logged on to your account select ‘Tickets’ from the drop-down menu which displays from your name & Fan ID in the right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select the relevant ticket by using the tick box and then select ‘Download NFC Mobile Ticket’.
- On the screen that opens click ‘Next’, then choose ‘Automatically Select’ followed by ‘Done’.
- Your pass is now downloaded to your Apple Wallet. Tap on the pass to open it.

*NOTE: The official Watford FC App is NOT needed to purchase, download or access NFC Mobile Tickets.*

For Android Devices:

- Ensure Google Pay is downloaded to your device and is set as your default payment option.
- From the web browser on your Android device, click HERE and log in with your Fan ID to your ticketing account.
- Once logged on to your account select ‘Tickets’ from the drop-down menu which displays from your name & Fan ID in the right-hand corner of the screen.
- Select the relevant ticket by using the tick box and then select ‘Download NFC Mobile Ticket’. When prompted, select ‘Open App’.
- Your pass is now added to Google Pay. Tap on the pass to open it.

Wheelchair & Ambulant Disabled

Wheelchair and ambulant disabled tickets are available, with a free personal assistant if required.

Our ticketing system allows supporters to purchase these tickets HERE, as well as over the phone on 01923 223023 and in-person at the Supporter Services & Ticketing Office.

If you believe you should be eligible for a wheelchair/ambulant disabled space but are not able to access these seats online, please email disabled.supporters@watfordfc.com.

Matchday Parking

Watford FC has partnered with Event Support Team (EST) to make matchday parking available to supporters during the season.

Parking is available throughout the town in various car parks and spaces can be viewed and purchased HERE.

Visit the site, select a match and choose your preferred parking site for a season pass or individual match.
