Arhinful: 'It's as if no one can speak up'

Former Ghana international Augustine Arhinful believes that the management of the Black Stars teams should be streamlined for better organization going forward.
Arhinful has thus urged the Ghana Football association to implement new structures, such as having independent management committees at each playing level.
"Instead of having separate management teams for all the national teams, I think we need to move away from that approach," Arhinful told Happy FM, as per Ghanaweb.
"It's high time we establish a proper structure so that, for example, when the U20 team is playing, two of three people can be appointed to oversee it.
"it's as if no one can speak up. If the FA is doing something wrong, they remain silent because they want to stay on the management team."
