Community player ratings from Chelsea's easy FA Cup third round victory
1. JOÃO FÉLIX (8.2)
Félix is far too good for far too many of the opposition teams we've faced so far in our secondary competitions, but to his credit, he's done what's absolutely expected of him in these sorts of games.
And as much as the two goals were great, his effort to track back and cover on at least one counter-attempt by the opposition speaks well to his commitment, determination, and professionalism. (At least one outlet credited him with 6 "recoveries" and 5 "duels won": work rate!)
2. TOSIN ADARABIOYO (8.2)
Tosin has now matched his career-high of 3 goals (scored while on loan from Manchester City at Blackburn Rovers in the Championship). The first one had a decent slice of luck, but the second was all him.
As Enzo Maresca explained afterwards, Tosin (and Disasi) stepping up into the attack was crucial to (eventually) breaking down the visitors' massed ranks.
"It's a bit the picture of the game in terms [that Tosin] was, most of the time, the only one with more space. They were marking man-to-man inside of the box and there was no space. He was the only one who could carry the ball and try that option. We are happy for him.
"Yeah, he can do that. The only thing that from central defenders, you struggle a little bit to see them at the edge of the box attacking but when we arrive there, we have to try that type of solution. Also, Axel Disasi tried it a few times and that means our central defenders are at the edge of the box and this is a good thing."

3. TYRIQUE GEORGE (7.3)
First podium finish for the kid, who's still looking for his first professional goal. Did get credited with a couple assists, underlining his improving link-up and combination play.
