Napoli out, Torino back in for Cesare Casadei? — report

As the Calciomercato turns
The question of Cesare Casadei's future is threatening to become a bit of a saga, with first Torino and now Napoli linked, interested, and then priced out in short order.
Chelsea are said to be holding out for a total transfer package of around €20m, but apparently that's proving less enticing than we'd ideally hope.
Still, according to Fabrizio Romano, Torino may try their luck again after seeing Napoli back out, and are "preparing" a new offer that presumably will come closer to meeting our demands. I don't imagine that they will actually meet our demands. Are we willing to drop down a bit and meet them halfway? That's how good-faith negotiations usually work, but it isn't always worth it to play fair in the transfer market.
It's still early in the transfer window, so this could drag on for a while yet, which won't help anyone involved.
Torino are preparing new bid for Cesare Casadei, including an important sell-on clause for Chelsea.
