Nottingham Forest are in Premier League action this weekend with a return to the City Ground against Fulham.

Nuno Espirito Santo‘s side are one of the few remaining unbeaten sides in the Premier League this season on the back of their latest draw.

The Reds were able to pick up four points from their travels to Liverpool and Brighton & Hove Albion over the last two games.

And that has Forest sat all the way up in eighth with nine points to their name and only a three-point gap to fourth spot.

However, they will be facing a Fulham side on Saturday who sit just one spot and one point behind them in the table.

Already, Fulham boss Marco Silva has admitted there is a player he will be making sure his player’s are wary of for the game at the City ground.

Which Nottingham Forest player Marco Silva is wary of

It has been an unexpectedly positive start to the season for the Reds who remain unbeaten despite playing the likes of Liverpool and Brighton.

The Reds could be heading into October without any defeats to their name if they are able to take something from the game on Saturday against the Cottagers.

But they will be facing a Fulham side who are coming into the game on the back of an impressive victory against Newcastle United.

And it seems as if the Fulham boss has been watching Forest closely as he has admitted he is a big fan of what Elliot Anderson has been doing.

“Really good side… talking about Gibbs-White (suspension) but, for sure, he’s going to play another player in that position that’s really good too,” the Fulham boss told the media.

“Let’s see which player… he could play Anderson that’s a very good player, as well. A young player, but a very good one.

Nottingham Forest will be without Morgan Gibbs-White vs Fulham

Following his second yellow card on the weekend against Brighton, Nuno is going to be without Morgan Gibbs-White for the Fulham clash.

It is going to be a huge miss for Forest considering the bright start to the season which Gibbs-White has made.

However, it is going to allow another player with the opportunity to shine and that could well be Anderson.

With Gibbs-White absent, the former Newcastle United midfielder could play higher up the pitch in a more attacking role.

An interesting decision awaits Nuno but this does feel like a big opportunity for the Reds to get their first home win of the season.
