Nottingham Forest keen on former Norwich City star – Scouts left impressed after watching teammate

There's a claim in the Turkish media that Nottingham Forest are keen on Galatasaray midfielder Gabriel Sara.
The Brazilian only signed for the Suler Lig leaders during the last transfer window after impressing for Norwich City last season.
Fanatik today report on developments regarding interest in Sara and they say the central midfielder is being watched by scouts from Premier League clubs, including Nottingham Forest.
The former Norwich City has established himself in the Gala midfield since his arrival in the summer, but is currently sidelined with injury.
There are no reports if Nottingham Forest or any other top tier English sides intend to make a move for Sara or table an offer for the 25-year-old. Indeed, this looks like a situation for next summer.
Nottingham Forest have also been linked with Sara's club teammate Barış Alper Yılmaz in recent days and again Fanatik report on the Premier League side's interest in the attacker. The English side have been watching the Turkey international, and during those matches were left impressed by Sara.
The midfielder has made 26 appearances for the Istanbul side this season, scoring two goals. He's contracted to the club until June 2029.
