There's a claim in the Turkish media that Fenerbahce have now joined the race to sign Sparta Prague midfielder Ángelo Preciado.

The 26-year-old has been linked with a move to Everton and Brentford as both Premier League sides look to add to their squads before transfer deadline.

Sporx report on developments regarding the future of the Sparta Prague player and they say the Istanbul side are monitoring the situation of the Ecuador international.

Jose Mourinho is looking to add to his squad in this window and Preciado's versatility could be tempting for the Portuguese coach. Predominantly a right midfielder, he can also play at right back.

However, Mourinho should expect to face competition to sign Preciado, with both Everton and Brentford said to be showing interest in the Ecuadorian. There are claims of offers from unnamed English club, but these were reportedly rejected by Sparta Prague.

It's claimed Flamengo and Boca Juniors are also in the running to sign the player, although they are unlikely to come in for him in this window.

Preciado has made 11 appearances for Sparta Prague this season and he joined the club from Belgian side Genk in 2023.
