Coventry City, Lincoln City and Wycombe Wanderers are among the sides eyeing Felixstowe and Walton United star Charlie Warren, as per Football League World.
Coventry City are looking to enjoy a more successful second half of the season under the management of Frank Lampard.
The Sky Blues have taken 15 points from the 10 games in charge under Lampard after he was hired as Mark Robins’ replacement. It is hoped they can kick on further though, with the club still sitting 14th in the Championship table.
Winter recruitment could be key, and it seems a non-league star on the up has appeared on the radar.
According to a report from Football League World, Coventry City are among the clubs to have been alerted by the stunning form of Felixstowe and Walton United star Charlie Warren.
The 20-year-old, who plays as a winger or attacking midfielder, is said to have chipped in with 26 goals and 20 assists already this season. Warren plays in the Isthmian League North Division as it stands but could earn a huge jump up.
League One sides Lincoln City and Wycombe Wanderers are linked alongside the Sky Blues and it is unlikely Felixstowe and Walton would stand in his way if the opportunity to move to professional football arose.
