Watford’s Easter fixtures at home to Burnley (Friday April 18, 3pm KO) and away to Portsmouth (Monday April 21, 3pm KO) will take place as scheduled after the latest round of television picks.

Neither the Good Friday or Easter Monday game has been chosen for broadcast on Sky Sports Football, although both will still be shown live on Sky Sports+.

Following the signing of a new rights agreement between the EFL and Sky Sports, and the launch of Sky Sports+ in August 2024, five matches are due to be shown live in the Sky Bet Championship each weekend.

Selections for matches scheduled after the first weekend in March are being made by the broadcaster on a four-week rolling basis, with this process beginning on February 1.

For example, this means a selection for the middle of April would be chosen during the middle of March, with the choices then announced to supporters following an agreement with all required stakeholders within seven days.

Watford's fixture away at Blackburn Rovers (Saturday April 26, 3pm KO) is now the last Hornets game this term which is subject to change.

The last game of the regular season at home to Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday May 3 is fixed as all Sky Bet Championship fixtures will kick-off at 12.30pm on the final day.
