Hull City, Watford and Coventry City keen on 19-year-old

Hull City, Watford and Coventry City are keen on a move for Reading defender Tyler Bindon, according to a report by Football League World.
The Championship trio are all being linked with a swoop for the League One man ahead of the upcoming January transfer window. He is under contract with his current club until June 2025 meaning he is due to become a free agent next year.
Bindon, 19, has become a key player for Reading over recent times and has made 64 appearances for them in all competitions to date, 20 of which have come this season, and he has chipped in with three goals from the back. He linked up with the Royals back in August 2023 following their relegation to the third tier.
In this latest update regarding his situation this winter, Football League World claim Hull City, Watford and Coventry City are all interested in landing him next month. It remains to be seen if any will lodge an official approach at this stage.

Reading risk losing Bindon for nothing at the end of this campaign if they don’t sell him in January.
It would be a massive blow to lose him, especially mid-way through this term as they eye a place in the play-offs under Noel Hunt.
Hull City boss Ruben Selles knows all about the prospect from his time with him at the Royals and could see him as someone to bolster his defensive ranks.
The Tigers may need to face competition from league rivals Watford and Coventry City though in this particular pursuit.
Bindon is a New Zealand international with 13 caps for his country under his belt so far in his career.
He had a spell at Los Angeles FC in MLS before linking up with Reading and he has adapted well to life in the Football League.
What now?
Time will tell whether the Royals will be able to retain the player’s services.
Hull City’s links are no surprise following Selles’ exit to the MKM Stadium.
Bindon has recently said: “Noel coming in, I think he’s a great person, I really like him, I have had a good relationship with him in the past and I think hopefully this team can do well under him.
“I think what Noel’s done building up with the 21s, he’s a club legend so it’s quite cool to be able to work under him and experience the different attributes of coaching that he possesses.”
