Chelsea reject AC Milan loan approach for João Félix — report

After finally getting out of Atlético Madrid and Diego Simeone's oppression to join Chelsea in the summer, things have not gone as well as expected for €52m-man João Félix at Stamford Bridge. He's managed fewer than 1000 minutes across all competitions so far, with most of those in domestic cups and the UEFA Conference League.
AC Milan, who have made it a habit to find good deals at Chelsea, are apparently seeing this as an opportunity as well, as per a report from Gianluca Di Marzio. But their proposed deal, which of course would only be a loan move, doesn't interest us — just as it's said to not interest us in the cases of other established players linked with January exits, such as Christopher Nkunku, Renato Veiga, or Axel Disasi.
Félix might not be wreaking havoc in the Premier League right now, but perhaps he might get his chance to do so if Chelsea continue to struggle up front. That alone would be good enough reason to keep him around, though we seem quite willing to let players go in a quick turnaround ... as long as there's good money involved in it.
