According to a claim in the Swedish media, Kuopion Palloseura midfielder Matias Siltanen is set for a medical with Djurgårdens IF.
The 17-year-old has been closely linked with Hibernian in the past week, but it seems they will miss out on the youngster to the Allsvenskan club.
Fotboll Direkt today report on the latest developments regarding the future of Siltanen and they say the youngster has arrived in Stokholm ahead of his proposed transfer to Djurgårdens IF.
It's reported the Finn has agreed to sign for the Swedish side and pending his medical he will soon be announced as their player.
Last week we covered reports that Hibernian had made a formal offer to sign the central midfielder, which was said to be in the region of £700k.
Djurgårdens IF responded to the Scottish club's offer by matching this figure, and earlier this week they increased their bid to £850k.
The Swedish media outlet say an agreement with his club was reached a few days ago after recent transfer talks.
Siltanen made 18 starts in the recently concluded Veikkausliiga, scoring one goal.
